In order to ensure that all workers bound for Taiwan have the complete address and telephone numbers of the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) Labor Centers in Taipei and in Kaoshiung, the POEA are hereby requires the following:

1. Licensed agencies shall place at the back of the worker's passport a sticker bearing the address and telephone numbers of the labor centers, as follows:

2. NGOs and industry associations conducting pre-departure orientation (PDO) for Taiwan-bound workers shall help check that this requirement is enforced during the PDO sessions.

In the case of workers whose employment documents are processed by POEA as Name Hires, the Facilitation and Review Office (FARO) shall provide the required sticker.

All concerned agencies/entities are enjoined to do their share in disseminating correct information on the extent of services of the MECO Labor Centers, including the names of current Philippine Overseas Labor Officers (POLOs) assigned in said worksite.

This requirement shall take effect within 30 days upon issuance of this circular.
