[ POEA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 16 SERIES OF 1996, March 15, 1996 ]
ISSUANCE OF ARTIST RECORD BOOK TO PERFORMING ARTISTS WHO UNDERWENT ACADEMIC AND SKILLS TRAINING IN DIFFERENT TRAINING CENTERS
In accordance with the agreement reached by the Entertainment Industry Advisory Council (EIAC) during its meeting held on 14 March 1996 performing artists who underwent academic and skills training on different centers will be allowed to secure the Artist Record Book (ARB) subject to the following conditions:
1. The performing artist was able to pass the corresponding tests on or before 31 December 1995;
2. A Guaranty Undertaking shall be executed by the training center where talent took his/her skills training that the data contained in the performing artist's Information Sheet are true and correct; and
3. The training center where performing artist took his/her skills training shall be rated in the Pre-Departure Showcase Preview.
