AMENDMENT TO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2006-062 DATED 23 AUGUST 2006 [RE: IMPLEMENTATION OF POINT TO POINT EXPRESS SERVICE (P2P) “COLORUM” LEGALIZATION PROGRAM IN CRITICALLY-IDENTIFIED ROUTES IN THE SUPER REGIONS OF CENTRAL PHILIPPINES (REGIONS 5, 6 , 7 & 8) AND MINDANAO (9, 10, 11, 12 & CARAGA)]
After further review and evaluation, the Board hereby amends Memorandum Circular No. 2006-062 with respect to the regions covered by the implementation of the P2P “Colorum” Legalization Program. Accordingly, the program shall now also cover Regions 1 and 2, subject to the same terms and conditions contained in Memorandum Circular No. 2006-062.
This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith and shall be effective fifteen (15) days after it publication in a newspaper of general circulation or in the Official Gazette.
