[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 2007- 01, January 08, 2007 ]

The Board issued Memorandum Circular 2005-023, dated 21 July 2005, providing the implementing rules and regulations relative to the opening of Point to Point (P2P) Express Service.

Five (5) Partial Payment Scheme

1st payment ——  Php 5,000.00 —  upon filing of application
2nd  payment ——  Php 5,000.00 —  issuance of Notice of Hearing
3rd payment ——  Php 7,500.00 —  upon release of Decision
4th payment ——  Php 5,000.00 —  upon inspection of unit
5th payment ——  Php 7,500.00 —  upon confirmation of unit, before registration of AUV

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith and takes effect immediately following the filing of three (3) copies hereof with the UP Law Center, pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11, dated 09 October 1992.
