AMENDMENT BY ADDITION TO THE VACCINATION RULES
SECTION 41.1 RESPONSIBILITY OF A TRAINER.

k. The trainer must submit the vaccination record of horses under this trainership duly noted by a PHILRACOM Veterinarian within seven (7) days from date of vaccination. A penalty of Two Hundred (P200.00) pesos will be imposed for every week of delay until the same is submitted.
SECTION 66.1 ACCREDITED VETERINARIANS. — Licensed Veterinarians practicing their profession in thehorse racing industry be accredited by the PHILRACOM and shall pay a corresponding fee of Three Hundred Fifty (P350.00) pesos annually.
SECTION 66.1a ACCREDITED VETERINARIAN’S REPORT — All accredited veterinarians should submit to the PHILRACOM the list of racehorses they have vaccinated, specifying the vaccine and date of application, and a list, if any, of horses diagnosed for diseases which may pose a threat or danger to the horseracing industry.
