PROHIBITING IDLE VESSELS/VESSELS TO UNDERGO REPAIR/ REHABILITATION AT MAINAGA PIER, MABINI, BATANGAS



In order to make the Pier of Mainaga fully operational and can accommodate more vessels for cargo handling operations, owners of shipping companies, vessel masters are hereby advised to pull out their idle vessels to give way to vessels which call thereat to use the facilities for cargo handling operations and other port related activities.

A shifting order shall be issued to your vessel by this Office and failure to comply with such order, this Office will be constrained to impose a penalty of 500% of the applicable usage fee per GRT/Day plus other penalties imposed by PPA regulation.

Furthermore, no vessels are allowed to conduct repair/rehabilitation unless in possession of a written permit to repair from PPA.
