[ HLURB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 11, s. 1998, March 12, 1998 ]

RESOLUTION NO. R-614, APPROVING THE GUIDELINES ON SUBSECTORS AGRICULTURE, COMMERCE, AND TOURISM, AS PART OF VOLUME III, ECONOMIC SECTOR, OF THE GUIDELINES FOR THE FORMULATION/REVISION OF COMPREHENSIVE LAND USE PLAN, FIFTH REVISED EDITION




1.         The following subsectoral guidelines, forming part of Volume III — Economic Sector, of the Fifth Revised Edition of the Guidelines for the Formulation/Revision of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan, were approved by the Board of Commissioners on 09 March 1998 under Resolution No. R-614:
1.1     Agriculture, attached as Annex A * hereof;
1.2     Commerce (Annex B *); and
1.3     Tourism (Annex C *)
2.         Seven (7) sectoral guidelines for CLUPs formulation and revision have previously been approved, to wit:
1.1     Vol. I    - Demography
1.2     Vol. II    - Social Sector
1.3     Vol. V   - Land Use
1.4     Vol. VI  - Local Administration
1.5     Vol. VII - Mapping Guidelines
1.6     Vol. VIII - Report Writing Guidelines
1.7     Vol. X   - Model Zoning Ordinance
For your information/guidance/appropriate action.

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the GUIDELINES ON ECONOMIC SECTOR, subsectors AGRICULTURE, COMMERCE, and TOURISM, hereto attached as Annexes[*] A, B and C, respectively, and constituting part of Volume III of the Guidelines for the Formulation of a Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Fifth Revised Edition, be APPROVED as the same are hereby APPROVED.
