PRISONER’ CARPETAS
Effective immediately, no carpeta of prisoners shall be forwarded to the Board of Pardons and Parole without a written request from authorized personnel thereat. The original copy of the written request must be filed on a separate folder for future reference and a photocopy of said request must be included in the carpeta.
Requests made through the telephone and other verbal communication shall not be favorably considered.
