REPORT OF ANOMALIES OF IPPF PERSONNEL
It has come to my attention that abuse and anomalies committed by personnel of IPPF are not immediately reported to this office.
In this connection, you are directed to report all abuses and anomalies which transpired in your area with dispatch and your action taken immediately after the incident.
