AMENDMENT TO MEMO CIRCULARS NO. 98-007 AND 98-007-A (EXPIRED CPC’S OF PUB’S IN METRO MANILA)
The second paragraph of Memo Circular No. 98-007 and quoted provision of Memo Circular No. 98-007-A are hereby amended to read as follows:
“Likewise in line with Section 1(b) of Memorandum Order No. 202, dated 24 November 1988, no petition for extension of an expired/expiring CPC of a PUB service in Metro Manila, with less than ten (10) units per operator, shall be accepted.”
