SAFEKEEPING DUTIES
1. You are hereby reminded of your main duty of effective safekeeping of prisoners under your care. Failure to carry out this principal task will force the BUCOR leadership to initiate appropriate action against you.
2. With regard to the escape incidents in your areas of responsibility, you are directed to submit the status of cases investigated/filed against prison officials. In addition, submit a report of the measures you have undertaken to address this problem.
3. Create and activate recovery teams in your respective AORs to recapture escapees. Submit monthly accomplishment reports on this.
4. Attached herewith are pertinent papers on inmate profile and number of escapes for your reference.
5. For your guidance and strict compliance.
