AMENDMENT TO MEMO CIRCULAR NO. 98-011 (PUBLIC UTILITY JEEPNEY)
In accordance with the directive of DOTC Undersecretary Primitivo C. Cal, contained in his Memorandum dated 25 March 1998, Memo Circular No. 98-011 is hereby amended to include the following provision as the second paragraph thereof.
“Vans or station wagons may be considered for franchise application under Public Utility Jeepney (PUJ) “Body make” category, provided the minimum seating capacity of twelve (12) passengers excluding driver is observed.”
This amendatory Memorandum Circular shall take effect on the date Memo Circular No. 98-011 takes effect.
