GUIDELINES ON THE IMPOSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE FINES ON VIOLATIONS UNDER PPA ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 09-82

Pursuant to PD 857 and Executive Order No. 513 as amended, and in compliance to Article I, Section 1, par. 13 of PPA Administrative Order No. 09-82 dated 13 December 1982, regarding the imposition of administrative fines on violation thereof, the following guidelines are hereby prescribed for strict compliance by all port users and all other concerned within the territorial jurisdiction of PMO Davao.

<OL TYPE=1><LI>1. No cargo trucks, be it company owned service vehicles or trucks for hire engaged purposely in hauling cargoes shall be allowed entry into the port premises without the prescribed/issued PMO Davao vehicle pass or stickers; and

<LI>2. In no case shall cargo trucks, be it company owned service vehicles or cargo trucks for hire, be left unattended by a driver and/or parked in "NO PARKING" areas

<LI>3. Corresponding and duly accomplished Notice of Violation shall be issued by the apprehending port police personnel for every violation and the circumstances pertaining thereto to determine the imposable amount of the administrative fine hereunder provided:</ol>

This Order shall take effect immediately.
