PENALTY FOR SMUGGLING OF PROHIBITED ARTICLES
Preventive suspension for three (3) months shall be issued at once to Prison’s Officials and employees who will be caught and charged for smuggling of contrabands (Shabu, marijuana, liquor, yeast, etc.) and for food pilferages at Prisons Compounds. If found guilty of the charges, the penalty of dismissal from Prisons service shall be imposed.
A copy for this Memorandum shall be issued to all officials and employees of this Bureau and shall be posted at the entrance of all Prisons Compounds.
