[ LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 90-017, July 30, 1990 ]
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT FOR BUS OPERATORS PAYING ANNUAL SUPERVISION AND REGULATION FEES
In addition to the requirements prescribed under Memorandum Circular
No. 88-017 dated July 19, 1983 for operators paying their annual
supervision and regulation fees on or before September 30, all bus
operators submitting their fleet inventories indicating the chassis and
motor numbers and corresponding gross weight of their registered units
to which are attached xerox copies of the corresponding LTO official
receipt of the units as required under the said Circular, are required
to attach to the fleet inventory a table of contents indicating every
authorized line with the corresponding case number, number of units
authorized and registered, and date of authorization of the line or
certificate of public convenience, which should tally with the fleet
inventory for which the annual supervision and regulation fees are being
paid.
No tender of payment of annual supervision and regulation fees will be received without submission of the requirements prescribed under Memorandum Circular No. 88-017 and this Memorandum Circular.
