COLLECTION OF COMPUTER FEES (PILA DISTRICT OFFICE)
Upon the successful completion of the functional testing and beta live run, Certificates of Acceptance of an IT Facility (CAIFs) for the Automated Driver’s License Examination System (ADLES) module of the Driver’s Licensing System (DLS) were issued to Pila District Office.
Accordingly, in compliance with the applicable User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plan, you are hereby directed to commence the collection of the below specified computer fees for the DLS modules in your site, as follows:
All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect after publication from three (3) newspapers of general circulation in the Philippines.
For strict compliance.
Adopted: 22 Nov. 2006
