BANNING OF IMPORTS OF FEEDS, MEAT AND MEAT PRODUCTS, MILK AND MILK PRODUCTS, EGGS AND PROCESSED FOOD CONTAINING THE SAME FROM BELGIUM, FRANCE, THE NETHERLANDS AND GERMANY, AND CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS FOR SIMILAR IMPORTS FROM OTHER EU COUNTRIES
