EXTENSION OF THE VALIDITY OF THE PRO-POOR REDUCED VESSEL FEES UNDER MC NO. 144
In order to capture the operations of the remaining number of
illegal motorboat/banca owners/operators and boatbuilders, the
effectivity of MC No. 144 is hereby extended for another year effective
01 July 2000 up to 30 June 2001.
It is hereby provided that the vessel name clearance fee in the amount of P50.00/vessel under MC No. 146 (New Fees and Charges), shall be waived and shall be inclusive of the “Pro-Poor” fees that will be collected.
This Circular shall take effect immediately upon publication thereof in a newspaper of general circulation.
