INTERCONNECTIVITY TO THE DOTC/LTO AUTHORIZED PRIVATE EMISSION TESTING CENTER (PETC) I.T. PROVIDERS AND THE LTO-IT SYSTEM



Pursuant to Department Order No. 2005-37 on November 11, 2005, entitled, “Rules and Regulations Governing the Issuance of DOTC/LTO Authorization of Motor Vehicle Private Emission Testing Centers (PETCs) IT Providers and Monitoring of PETCs and PETC IT Providers”, the PETC IT Provider applicants were evaluated based on their technical capability to serve PETCs and implement interconnection with the LTO-IT System, their financial capability to conduct and support nationwide operations, and completeness of all necessary business and legal requirements.

As a result, the DOTC/LTO PETC Authorization Committee as recommended by the Joint LTO-Stradcom Interconnectivity Committee (JIC) issued Resolution No. PETC-01- 2006 and PETC-02-2006, authorizing the four (4) IT Providers namely, Eurolink Network International Corp., ETCIT, Inc, OAXIS Software Development and Computer Sales and Realtime Data Management Services, Inc. (RDMS) to operate and serve duly accredited and authorized PETCs.

Therefore, in view of the foregoing, all accredited PETCs are hereby directed to connect to the four (4) aforementioned and duly authorized PETC IT Providers.

All orders/memoranda in conflict herewith are deemed superseded.
