FILING OF CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR INFIDELITY IN THE CUSTODY OF PRISONERS
This is to reiterate Memorandum Order dated 23 June 1994 and related directives advising you to file criminal charges for Infidelity in the Custody of Prisoners against custodial personnel who have been administratively charged for penalized for Neglect of Duty in the escape of prisoners.
Submit to this Office a monthly report on the status of cases filed not later than seven (7) working days after the end of each month.
Non-compliance of this memorandum is tantamount to neglect of duty on the part of the Superintendent concerned.
For strict and immediate compliance.
