DRUG PUSHERS/ADDICTS
You are advised to confine all drug pushers/drug addicts in only one dormitory both in the Maximum and the Medium Security compound. Detail at least three (3) guards per shift in the said dormitories. Coordinate with the Chief, Document Section and get all the names of those who were (convicted under RA 6425) with the Chief NBP Hospital who will get samples of their urines for the laboratory examination. C, NBP Hospital or a representative will conduct daily routine inspection of said dormitories.
Conduct thorough inspection of all dormitories to get all cellular phones used by inmates and/or guards who are hiring out these phones to inmates. In this connection, NOBODY is authorized to bring cellular phones inside the Medium and Maximum Security Compounds.
