STRICT REQUIREMENT OF INDIVIDUAL VISA FOR CONTRACT PROCESSING
In order to assure the deployment of land-based workers and to avoid instances where overseas Employment Certificates (OECs) are not released and eventually expire due to non-availability of visas, it is hereby ordered that individual visa/work permit or equivalent document be required for contract processing at the Employment Contract Processing Branch.
