IMPLEMENTING THE POLICY OF "NO TICKET, NO ENTRY TO THE PORT" FOR ALL EMBARKING PASSENGERS AT THE PORT OF ZAMBOANGA



Effective 15 March 2000, the Philippine Ports Authority, PMO-Zamboanga, will start implementing the "No Ticket, No Entry to the Port" policy for all embarking passengers.  All embarking passengers are therefore directed to secure their tickets before entering the port.  Embarking passengers with valid boat tickets will be allowed entry to the port only upon presentation of said valid ticket at the Entrance Gates

All shipping lines operators and agencies without ticketing booths outside the port area are directed to put up their booths and or makeshift structures to be located at a specified area near the Entrance Gate along R.T. Lim Boulevard, this city.

For government and private companies with offices located inside the port, they shall be required to present and display prominently their office identification cards to gain access to their work places
