AMENDMENTS TO RULES I AND XVI OF THE OMNIBUS RULES IMPLEMENTING BOOK V OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE CODE OF 1987 (EXECUTIVE ORDER 292) (ON LEAVES)



  1. For the information of all concerned, enclosed is a copy of Civil Service Commission (CSC) Memorandum Circular No. 41*, s. 1998 entitled "Amendments to Rules I and XVI of the Omnibus Rules Implementing Book V of the Administrative Code of 1987 (Executive Order 292)" pursuant to CSC Resolution No. 98-3142, s. 1998.

  2. In said Memorandum Circular, the CSC has put together all issuances and/or amendments about leaves in order to guide officials and employees and to clarify certain grey areas that cause misinterpretation of the existing leave provisions.

  3. Wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
