REVISED SCHEDULE OF FEES OF THE COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY



In compliance with Executive Order No. 197, dated 13 January, 2000, directing all departments, commissions, agencies, offices and instrumentalities of the national government to increase their rates of fees and charges by not less than twenty percent (20%) to cover the full cost of services rendered, the Cooperative Development Authority is hereby adopting the schedule of fees listed below, thereby amending Memorandum Circular No. 92-004, Series of 1992 as amended by Memorandum Circular No. 92-006.
