[ BOC MEMORANDUM ORDER NO. 32-98-A, September 07, 1998 ]

MATTERS SUBJECT TO FINAL CLEARANCE/REVIEW BY THE COMMISSIONER



CMO No. 32-98 enumerating matters subject to final clearance/review by the Commissioner is hereby modified to read:

1.         Releases of Conditionally Free Importations pursuant to Sec. 105 of the TCCP specifically the following importations:
a.      105-d — Articles brought into the Philippines for repair, processing or reconditioning . . . except basic source documents imported by the registered members of data encoding industry

b.       105-f — Personal and household effects belonging to residents of the Philippines returning from abroad . . . except accompanied baggage . . .

c.       105-g — Wearing apparel, articles of personal adornment . . . except accompanied baggage . . .

d.       105-g-1 — Personal and household effects and vehicles belonging to foreign consultants and experts . . . except accompanied baggage . . .

e.       105-i — Articles used exclusively for public entertainment . . . except those intended for exhibitions and demonstration at the World Trade Congress (WTC) and the PICC, or other government-sponsored venues for accredited exhibitors . . .

f.        105-j — Articles brought by foreign film producers direct and exclusively used for making or recording motion picture films.

g.        105-l — Imported articles donated to, for the account of, any duly registered relief organization . . .

h.        105-m — Containers, holders and other similar receptacles of any material . . .

i.        105-n — Supplies which are necessary for the reasonable requirements of the vessels . . .

j.        105-q — Samples of the kind, in such quantity and of such dimensions or construction . . .

k.       105-t & x — Philippine articles previously exported from the Philippines . . .
