STOP ORDER
A STOP ORDER is hereby imposed on the following sugar quedan-permits and molasses storage certificates of the CY 2003-2004, issued by 08-BISCOM, 22-LA CARLOTA, 46 VICTORIAS and 55-SONEDCO, which have been reported lost, to wit:
Mill companies, banks, financial institutions and individuals dealing in sugar and molasses are hereby warned not to make any transaction on the abovementioned quedan-permits and molasses certificates.
Likewise, the Binalbagan-Isabela Co., Inc. Central Azucarera Dela Carlota, Victoria Milling Company, Inc. and Southern Negros Development Corporation are hereby directed not to make any delivery of the sugar/molasses corresponding to the said quedan-permits and molasses certificates without prior approval of this Office.
