[ LTO MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. BGC-MC-99273, March 24, 1999 ]
AUTHORITY GRANTED TO LTO PASAY CITY DISTRICT OFFICE TO REGISTER IMPORTED VEHICLES EXCEPT OEV
In addition to the authority granted to LTO Pasay District Office under MC-96-245 dated 10 September 1996, the LTO Pasay District Office is likewise authorized to accept registration of all imported vehicles except OEV.
In this connection, the Head of LTO Pasay District Office is hereby directed to see to it that no imported motor vehicles shall be accepted for registration without BOC Tax payment and confirmation from LTO Registration Section. Likewise, a monthly report on registered imported motor vehicles shall be submitted by Pasay District Office to the Registration Section, copy furnished the Management Information Division and the Management Services Section of the Sectoral Office for monitoring purposes.
All orders issued in conflict herewith are hereby deemed superseded.
This Memo Circular shall take effect April 1, 1999.
