OFW'S IN JAPAN AFFECTED BY THE EARTHQUAKE
In connection with the earthquake that occurred in Japan on 23 October 2004 and the aftershocks experienced therein, Licensed Recruitment Agencies who have sent workers in that host country, are advised to report any possible incident whereby Overseas Filipino Workers suffered injuries or any adverse effects of the earthquake.
For purposes of monitoring any possible casualties suffered by any OFWs, you are required to submit report to the Welfare Service Branch of this Office on or before November 12, 2004.
