SCHEDULE OF FEES FOR FILING LETTERS OF INTENT (LOIS) AND COST OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS
In line with the continuing effort to extend equal opportunity to
enable private contracting parties who are eligible and qualified to
participate in public bidding, a uniform schedule of fees for filing of
Letters of Intent and cost of Bidding Documents are hereby established
and prescribed, to wit:

The amount derived from the above fees shall be disbursed in accordance with DBM Budget Circular No. 2004-5 and 2004-5A dated March 23, 2004 and October 7, 2004, respectively, and subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
This shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or newspaper of general nationwide circulation.
