[ NFA RESOLUTION NO. 58-99, May 24, 1999 ]
REQUIRING ALL SHIPPERS TO SECURE A CERTIFICATE OF TRANSPORT FROM THE NFA
RESOLVED THAT, the NFA Council hereby approves and confirms the Letter-Circular requiring all shippers of not less than 500 kilograms of rice, corn and/or their products to secure a Certificate of Transport from the National Food Authority, prior to loading and further requiring all consignees of the shipment to report within 24 hours its receipt to the nearest NFA office.
RESOLVED FINALLY THAT, the NFA is authorized to collect FIFTY PESOS (P50.00) for each Certificate of Transport issue to shippers, to cover administrative cost.
