ADDITIONAL ROUTES OPEN FOR ISSUANCE OF CPC UNDER GT EXPRESS CONVERSION AND PUJ LEGALIZATION PROGRAM IN REGION 2
In view of the submission by the Regional Director of LTFRB-Regional Office No. 2 of the studies and surveys conducted on the
proposed routes under GT Express Program, this Board Resolves to allow
the acceptance for filing of Application for issuance of Certificate
of Public Convenience under GT Express program in Region 2 on the
following routes with corresponding number of units available:
Aparri – Flora Apayao and vice versa 15 PUJ Tuguegarao City – Flora Apayao 15 AUV Tuguegarao City – Cumao Gattaran vice versa 15 AUV Tuguegarao City – Alcala Cagayan 25 AUV
Accordingly, for purpose of proper information dissemination and transparency, the Regional Director is hereby ordered to publish in a newspaper of regional circulation, within their respective region/s the routes open for application. The acceptance for application shall be effective fifteen (15) days after the said publication.
All issuances inconsistent herewith are hereby superseded and amended accordingly.
This Memorandum Circular shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
