CORRECTION ON SECTION III OF MARINA MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR 86-A



Due to inadvertence and clerical omission, Section III of MARINA Memorandum Circular 86-A published last 14 June 1996 should read:
"An interisland /coastwise vessel that will be utilized in the East ASEAN Growth Area (EAGA) pursuant to this Circular SHALL BE GRANTED AN EAGA PERMIT and which shall not be cov­ered by the provisions of Paragraph 1.8 and the restriction under Section II and Section IV hereof; Provided that, the vessel shall strictly comply with annual drydocking requirement. PROVIDED FURTHER THAT. THE MAXIMUM PERIOD FOR WHICH THE EAGA PERMIT SHALL BE GRANTED, SHALL IN NO CASE EXCEED FIVE (5) YEARS;  X X X".
