CLARIFICATION OF PROCESSING PROCEDURES FOR PERFORMING ARTISTS EXEMPTED FROM THE AGE 23 REQUIREMENT
The processing of performing artists exempted from the age 23 requirement prescribed in Section 2 of Memorandum Circular No. 59, Series of 1992 and dated 8 July 1992 shall apply only to artists endorsed and serviced by private recruitment agencies. Procedures applied to exempted artists being processed by the Government Placement Branch of POEA which are spelled out in Memorandum Circular 12, Series of 1992 dated 21 February 1992 remains in force.
