REVOCATION OF CUSTOMS SPECIAL ORDER 9-2006, DATED FEBRUARY 20, 2006, CREATING MONITORING GROUP FOR WAREHOUSING AND PEZA/FREE PORT ZONES OPERATIONS, UNDER THE OFFICE OF THE COMMISSIONER



In the interest of the service, the Monitoring Group for Warehousing/PEZA/Free Port and Economic Zones Operations nationwide created under CSO 9-2006 had been disbanded early this year, WHEREFORE, this Customs Special Order is hereby revoked and that its former members were re-assigned to their corresponding mother unit except, Mr. ERNESTO P. PINEDA, who will remain designated as Special Assistant, OCOM with his staff, Mr. RICO E. REYES, Jr., that will be in-charged to assist the Commissioner of Customs on matters related to warehousing and PEZA/ecozones operations under the Office of the Commissioner.

All Orders that are inconsistent hereto are accordingly superseded and or revoked. This Order shall take effect immediately.
