COMMODITIES WHICH MAY NOW BE IMPORTED WITHOUT PRIOR GOVERNMENT APPROVAL
In accordance with the recommendation of the NEDA Board Committee on Tariff and Related Matters and as approved by the Monetary Board under Resolution No. 599 dated June 26, 1992, the importation of the commodities listed in the attached Annex* no longer requires the prior approval of the government agency likewise indicated therein.
This Circular shall take effect immediately.
