(NAR) VOL. III NO. 3 / JULY - SEPTEMBER 1992
[ ERB RESOLUTION NO. 92-11, June 18, 1992 ]
To protect the public against LPGas cylinder underfilling and the sale of underfilled LPGas cylinders and to effect full observance of and compliance with the provisions of existing LPGas laws, rules and regulations on LPGas refilling, an Inspection Team to be composed of the following is hereby created:
The team shall conduct ocular inspections of refilling plants and determine compliance with the provisions of LPGas rules and regulations on LPGas refilling and the like matters.
Subject to approval by the Board, the Team shall formulate and adopt inspection guidelines/format for its use in the effective performance of its duties and responsibilities.
The Team shall submit to the Board its report on the activities undertaken or inspections conducted together with its recommendations within a reasonable period of time after the end of such activities or inspections.
The Inspection Team herein created shall continue to exist and function until its express dissolution.

LPGIP, PLPGA and the LPGRA are hereby directed to submit to Atty. Fructuoso C. Lagunsad, Jr. the name (s) of their representative(s) and/or alternates for the preparation and issuance of the Inspection Order(s) which shall be under the signature of the Chairman or any member of the Board.
