[ SRA CIRCULAR LETTER NO. 40, June 26, 1997 ]
CLOSING OF 1996-1997 REPORTS AND RECONCILIATION OF OUTSTANDING QUEDANS WITH PHYSICAL SUGAR STOCKS
For your information and guidance, all reports for 1996-1997 crop year shall end August 31, 1997. Ending stock balance of said date shall accordingly be reflected as carry-over stocks or beginning stock balance starting week ending September 7,1997 of crop year 1997-1998. Weekly reports thereafter shall be numbered as per attached schedule for 1997-1998 crop year.
In this connection, you are hereby enjoined to accomplish the attached form to reflect the outstanding quedans with the physical sugar stocks in mill warehouses as of August 31,1997.
The accomplished report shall be submitted to Production Control and Regulations Office, Sugar Regulatory Administration, Quezon City, not later than September 15, 1997.
