Attached for your information and ready reference is the Certificate* of Authority to Import and Release Foreign Leaf Tobacco for Blending purposes dated November 14, 1996, issued in favor of La Suerte Cigar and Cigarette Factory for the year 1996 covering Two Million (2,000,000) kilos.
