NAME DROPPING



Reports have again been relayed to this Office that some unscrupulous people who are the following up papers/documents covering importations and other transactions with the Bureau are using my name or office for the purpose of facilitating the irregular or unlawful release of shipments covered thereby or initiating or consummating transactions either to the prejudice of the government or of private parties or to destroy my integrity and credibility.

This Office has repeatedly informed you and is again reminding you that the undersigned HAS NOT authorized ANYONE to use or invoke his name or office to commit such questionable Customs transactions or deceitful/fraudulent activity.

You are hereby directed anew to immediately report to my office (Tel. No. 5274537). ANYBODY who will use or attempt to use my name for such nefarious purposes or activities for the institution of appropriate legal action.

Please be guided accordingly.
