BAN ON CERTAIN PERSONS TO ENTER CUSTOMS ZONES THROUGHOUT THE PHILIPPINES AND FROM TRANSACTING BUSINESS



Based on the investigation report submitted by the Customs Intelligence and Investigation Service (CIIS), this Bureau, it was established that Messrs. Romeo Fernandez and Ramon Lariza, both representatives of Trans-Air Corp., the authorized customs broker of Grand International Airways, Inc., were responsible in working for the transfer/release of shipment consisting of one (1) carton aircraft spare parts consigned to the above firm, thru the use of falsified Airway Bill No. 4007146-4271.  Commercial Invoice. Special Permit to Transfer with SN 02618594 and Formal Entry No. 010328-96. For this reason, the afore-mentioned names are hereby perpetually barred from entering the Customs zone throughout the Philippines and from transacting business thereat.

Accordingly, any Customs Passes issued to them are hereby revoked.
