The Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IP Philippines) issued Office Order No. 44, s. 2007 on 03 April 2007 notifying trademark applicants and trademark agents representing any of the applicants of inactive trademark applications on the list to communicate with the IP Philippines if they were still interested in pursuing the applications.

Allan L. Laforteza, Records Officer II, is directed to file three (3) certified copies of this Office Order with the University of the Philippines Law Center immediately, and one (1) certified copy each with the Senate of the Philippines, the House of Representatives, the Supreme Court of the Philippines, and the National Library.

Aljen R. Chu, Information Systems Analyst I, MIS-EDP Bureau, is directed to publish this Office Order in the IPO Website immediately upon receipt hereof.

This Office Order shall likewise be published in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.
