AMENDING CIRCULAR NO. 1298 DATED JULY 29, 1991 TO EXTEND PESO DEPOSIT REQUIREMENT ON ELIGIBLE DEBTS UNDER THE FOURTH ROUND OF RESCHEDULING UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1992
Pursuant to Monetary Board Resolution No. 783 dated August 14, 1992, and in line with the extension of the consolidation period under the fourth round of Paris Club (PC 4) rescheduling, up to December 31, 1992, Circular No. 1298 is hereby amended so as to extend the peso deposit requirement to eligible debts under said rescheduling maturing from September 1 to December 31, 1992.
It is understood that all other terms and conditions under said Circular not inconsistent herewith shall remain in force.
