The Board would like to call the attention of all public utility operators to comply with Memorandum Circular No. 92-006 and for this purpose, it is extending the date of effectivity of the said Memorandum Circular to November 1, 1992 to give ample time to comply with the same.

In addition to the provisions of the said Memorandum Circular and for the purpose of easier and definite identification of public utility units under the different denominations, and in order to avoid the illegal transfer of LTO Identification Plates of the same, the Board hereby requires each and every operator to paint on both sides and at the back of their units in big bold letters their name, trade name or business name which should be 12 inches high and 8 inches wide.  The License Plate Number should be painted on both sides and back of the buses measuring 4 inches wide and 8 inches high, and in the jeepneys and taxicabs, the same should be painted above the rear wheels.

Further, the Board shall issue additional rules and regulations from time to time whenever it is necessary for the orderly and effective implementation of this Memorandum Circular.
