BUS FLEXIBILITY RULE



By virtue of the Department Order No. 96-967 dated 28 August 1996, the "BUS FLEXIBILITY RULE" is REVOKED  starting 01 January 1997.

In view hereof any bus operating outside authorized line in violation of Sec. 41, or cutting trip, and in violation of Sec. 45 of D.O. No. 93-963 shall be apprehended and penalized accordingly.

In this connection, the revocation of the Bus Flexibility Rule shall be given wide publicity and copies of this Memorandum and DOTC Order No. 96-967 shall be given to bus operators in your jurisdiction.
