LIFTING THE SUSPENSION/BLACKLISTING OF AMMMA CONSTRUCTION AND SUPPLY
It appearing that the offense for which AMMMA Construction and Supply was blacklisted/suspended under Department Order No. 127 Series of 1991, is punishable with suspension for one (1) year only under IB 10.5.1A(3) of the Implementing Rules and Regulations, as amended, of PD 1594, and it appearing further that AMMMA Construction and Supplies had already served the penalty, the suspension imposed on this firm under Department Order No. 127, Series of 1991, is hereby lifted effective immediately.
