DISPOSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE CASES



Following are the guidelines for the expeditious disposition of pending administrative cases against owners of video establishments/places of business, whether or not of permanent structure, including ambulant vendors to determine compliance with the provisions of Presidential Decree No. 1987 and the Revised Rules and Regulations implementing the same.

1. For those located in Metro Manila

Failure to appear before the Legal Services Division within fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of Inspection Order with Advice to Comply shall mean waiver of the owner/claimant to present his evidence and outright destruction of the confiscated items.

2. For those located in the provinces

Failure to appear before the Legal Services Division within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of Inspection Order with Advice to Comply shall mean waiver of the owner/claimant to appear and present his evidence and outright destruction of the confiscated items.
