[ DTI DEPARTMENT ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 11, December 17, 2003 ]

AMENDING MINISTRY ORDER NO. 39, SERIES OF 1985, AS AMENDED, FOR THE PURPOSE OF MAKING LICENSES OF ALL REALTY SERVICE PRACTITIONERS VALID FOR THREE YEARS



Pursuant to Section 3 (e) and (ee) of Act No. 2728, as amended, by Act Nos. 3715 and 3969, as well as Executive Order No. 913, Series of 1983, the following are hereby prescribed for the compliance and guidance of all concerned:

SECTION 1. Section 1, Article VII of Ministry Order No. 39, Series of 1985, as amended, is hereby further amended to read as follows:

"SECTION 1. Duration of License. ALL LICENSES TO BE ISSUED SHALL BE VALID FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS, PROVIDED THAT THE LICENSE FEES FOR THE THREE-YEAR PERIOD SHALL BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF THE LICENSE."

SECTION 2. Effectivity - This Department Administrative Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.  The first batch of licenses that will have validity period of three (3) years shall be issued beginning January 2004.
