AUTHORIZED OUTLETS OF NALBUPHINE HYDROCHLORIDE 10 mg/mL (NUBAIN INJECTION)



The Certificate of Product Registration (CPR) of Nalbuphine Hydrochloride (Nubain Injection) 10 mg/mL of Boots Pharmaceuticals, Inc. has been amended specifically to indicate therein the names of outlets authorized to sell the same in addition to government hospitals.

The names of the authorized outlets as provided for by Boots Pharmaceuticals, Inc. are listed under Annex “A” (see below) hereof.

Henceforth, only the outlets appearing in Annex “A” shall be allowed to carry and dispense the subject product.
