SEPARATE COLOR SCHEME FOR OPERATORS WITH PUBLIC UTILITY BUSES AND TOURIST BUSES

In the exercise of the regulatory powers of this Board and for proper monitoring of all Public Utility Vehicles, all Holders of Certificate of Public Convenience (CPC) to operate Public Utility Buses (PUB) who are likewise authorized to operate Tourist Buses are directed to adopt a separate color scheme and proper identification for each denomination in order to avoid interchange of operations as authorized by this Board.

This Memorandum Circular supersedes any and all issuances inconsistent herewith.

This Order shall take effect fifteen (15) days following its publication in the Official Gazette or in newspaper of general circulation or the filing of the three (3) copies hereof with the University of the Philippines Law Center pursuant to Presidential Memorandum Circular No. 11 dated 09 October 1992.
